افتراضي Whoever Belies Muhammad ﷺ has Belied every Prophet

In the Name of Allaah, the Extremely Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy.

Ibn Taymiyyah (d. 728H) said:1

Whoever believes in Muhammad (alayhis-salaam) has indeed believed in every Prophet. And whoever obeyed him has indeed obeyed every Prophet. And whoever belied him, has indeed belied every Prophet. And whoever disobeyed him, has indeed disobeyed every Prophet.

The Most High, said:

«Verily, those who disbelieve in Allaah and His Messengers and wish to make a distinction between Allaah and His Messengers (by believing in Allaah and disbelieving in His Messengers), saying: “We believe in some but reject others,” and wish to adopt a way in between. They are in truth disbelievers.» [Sooratun-Nisaa,4:150]

And He, the Most High, stated:

«Then do you believe in a part of the Scripture and reject the rest? Then what is the recompense of those who do so among you, except disgrace in the life of this world, and on the Day of Resurrection they shall be consigned to the most grievous torment. And Allah is not unaware of what you do.» [Sooratul-Baqarah, 2:85]
