افتراضي Trimming the nails in the order of the Sunnah

بسم الله

Note that Shaykh Maher Al Qahtani hafidahu Allah has explained this matter below as being incorrect

And that there is no proof on what nail to start with, he said start from anyone

Then I asked him what about starting from the right he answered me there is no such thing

In sahih Muslim chapter n°16, it is explained by Imam Anawawi

That it is sunnah (not mandatory) to cut the nails starting from the right hand and cut the index nail first then the middle finger then the ring the little finger and the thumb

Then to continue with the left hand starting with the little finger, the ring, the middle finger the index and then the thumb

Then start the little toe of the right foot and to finish in order with the little toe of the left foot

Imam Muhyî ad-Dîn Abî Zakaria Yahyah Ibn Charaf an-Nawawî
