Shaykh Maher advice on doing rightous for Allah alone

BismiLahi Rahmani Rahim,

My advice to those who love him for the sake of Allah.
What is a rightous servant?

The rightous servant is the one who fulfills the rights of Allah and the rights of the creation.
And he does not do his rightous deeds so that people praise him. Rather he makes them secret between him and the Lord.
Because people would not make you enter paradise or hell, nor they would give you happiness nor they would remove your grief, nor they will provide you in wealth nor a child nor a reputation.
That comes from Allah therefore worship Him Alone and keep yourself patient to His worship. Do you know of any similarity to Him?

So make your deeds for Allah not for the people, Allah will love you and the people.
If you made a part of your rightous deeds for them (the people) seeking their praises and you pleased with that, their love for you turns into hate, hating you and your work for the Lord is contradictory.

Be patient upon the trials if you are sincere, following accordingly, pure, your wound will reverse. As our mother Aisha radia Allah 'anha was patient upon her trial and also Imam Al Bukhari when his reputation was smeared but he was patient, and the ending of their affairs was well.
For them, praises were spread and the slaves of the Lord of the heaven and the earth loved them.

Whoever sought the pleasure of Allah while it is displeasing the people then Allah becomes pleased with him, and will make the people please with him, and whoever sought the pleasure of the people though it was displeasing to Allah then Allah becomes displeased with him and will make the people displeased with him.
These words were written by our mother Aisha radia Allahu 'anha to Mu'awiyah advising him.

Qatada said: Haram bin Hayyan used to say: No one comes towards Allah with his heart, but Allah will make the heart of the believer come towards Him, until the heart of the believer is filled with His love. Sir a'lam anubala 4/49
