أما من وضوء الرجل فلا حرج على الصحيح ,على الصحيح أن الماء المستعمل ليس بنجس كما ذهب إليه الأحناف رواية عندهم و ليس يمنع كما ذهب الحنابلة فهو الماء المستعمل و الصحيح انه يجوز لأنه ماء داخل في قوله تعالى* فان لم تجدوا ماء*فلنا أما إذا قال قائل فلماذا الصحابة إذن مع شح المياه ما توضئوا كلهم من ايش ؟ من تور أو من جرن كلهم توضئوا كل واحد يأخذ بغسل الثاني هذا يدل أن هذا مستعمل لا يجوز لأنهم مع حاجة الوضوء ما فعلوا نقول ليس بالشرط أن يكون المرجع ماهو ؟ أن الماء المستعمل لا يجوز فقد يكون المرجع التقذر فإذا احتمل فلا دلالة , أما المرأة فيكره لان النبي نهى عن الوضوء بفضل المرأة نعم نهى النبي أن يتوضأ بفضل المرأة , و قد توضأ النبي بفضل ميمونة أو تطهر فيجمع بينهما أنه يكره إذا خلت أو إذا توضأت و فضله, معنى فضل المرأة ما هو ؟ ليس فضل المرأة معناها بقية رشاشة بدنها و إن كان هذا داخل لكن أيضا ما خلفته من الماء بعد اغتسالها في الجرن .<o:p></o:p>
