Does she have to ask permission from his father or mother to get out if he was absent?<o:p></o:p>
Answer
Shaykh: We said originally that she can go out unless he prevented her. If he did so, before he travel, and said “Do not go out of the house” or he said “do not you go out for such and such” then it no, she does not come out even if his father and mother authorized her; because her order is in hand of her husband and not his father and mother. <o:p></o:p>
